Job Overview: Sr Key Account Representative - Miami, FL The Key Account Representative supports the growth, execution, and relationship management of key on-premise and Immediate Consumption customers, including small-format retailers, foodservice and education outlets. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring flawless execution of customer programs, and maximizing visibility and distribution of our beverage portfolio across assigned accounts. Shift and Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Flexibility to work weekends as needed About the Role: Account Management & Growth Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned key accounts in the Immediate Consumption channel.

Execute pricing, promotional, and distribution strategies aligned with company objectives. Collaborate with local and national sales teams to identify white-space opportunities and optimize product mix. Ensure compliance with national and regional contract terms, promotional calendars, and merchandising standards.

Sales Execution Drive execution of point-of-sale (POS) materials, and coolers to enhance brand presence and drive impulse purchases. Partner with field sales, merchandising, and vending teams to ensure excellent retail execution and availability across all SKUs. Track sales performance metrics and analyze trends to identify risks and opportunities.

Customer & Internal Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. Participate in joint business planning sessions with strategic accounts to build and execute growth plans. Work closely with operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and service excellence.

Analytics & Reporting Monitor key performance indicators (volume, distribution, promotional ROI, etc.) for each account. Prepare and present periodic business reviews and performance updates. Leverage syndicated and internal data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, VIP, Salesforce) to drive actionable insights

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
