Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Senior Account Representative in Green Bay to assist the Account Specialist Team within Schneiders Transportation Management (STM) division. The Senior Account Representative will resolve issues, manage customer challenges and develop strong internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, address and solve problems for managed accounts.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for assigned shipments.
  • Manage high-volume email communications.
  • Help customers classify freight.
  • Participate in regular business reviews with key accounts.
  • Utilize a variety of reports, dashboards, tools and technology.

  • At least two years of relevant work experience.
