Merchology is currently seeking a proactive Senior Account Representative to become an integral part of our Sales Team. This role, reporting to the Strategic Sales Manager, holds significant importance as the primary interface for customers interested in our premium branded products. The Senior Account Representative will manage qualified leads received from teammates or referrals from elite brands, with the primary objective of successfully closing sales transactions.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

A successful Senior Account Representative will:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment interacting with colleagues and customers via email, phone calls, web meetings, and in person meetings
  • Successfully sell online ecommerce to inbound leads and new prospect clients through the use of proven B2B sales strategies and by recommending products, decoration methods, and premium brands
  • Meet or exceed monthly quota and achieve year over year growth of assigned accounts
  • Manage sales pipeline in CRM and expand 2.5 times sales quota
  • Assist domestic and international customers throughout the entire sales process including product selection, quote requests, and order creation
  • Proactively reach out to customers to increase customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed individual KPIs related to quota, customer engagement, and conversion rate
  • Have a collaborative demeanor to build relationships and trust with customers through consistent outreach
  • Host customers in the Minnesota office for tours and showroom visits
  • Additional projects or duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Three or more years of fast-paced sales experience
  • Friendly and team-oriented attitude to Win as a Team
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Experience with a CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Efficient and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
