Job Title: Key Account Coordinator

Position Summary
The Key Account Coordinator of HCFA serves as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role coordinates communication between customers and internal teams, addresses client needs, resolves issues, and supports the successful delivery of products and services. The ideal candidate is adaptable, customer-focused, and committed to fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain consistent, clear, and effective communication between HCFA and its key account customers.
  • Oversee the day-to-day needs of assigned key accounts, proactively addressing issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor delivery status and ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of key account customer needs.
  • Addressing any concerns or issues that arise with key accounts, such as delays, product issues, or billing concerns.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure key account requirements are addressed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist customer requests by helping submit purchase requests and parts orders.
  • Provide quotes to key account customers by drafting accurate cost proposals, rate estimates, verifying product specifications, quantities, and pricing
Required Qualifications
  • Industry experience within the material handling, heavy industrial equipment, or rental space is required
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, or external client account management
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to act as a key liaison between internal teams and customers
  • Ability to perform in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar field
  • Experience with Salesforce or ERP systems (SAP)
