Funko is a purveyor of pop culture, making and selling license-focused collectibles. We're based in Everett, WA where we have a store that delights kids of all ages (kids at heart included). We currently hold hundreds of licenses for franchises ranging from Marvel to Harry Potter, giving us the rights to create tens of thousands of characters-one of the largest portfolios in the pop culture and collectibles industry. The Sales Operations team works closely with the Funko Sales team to provide an excellent Customer experience to our Wholesale / Retail customers. A Key Account Coordinator is focused on supporting our most important strategic accounts. This role is responsible for management of key strategic accounts customer experience including delivery of key programs, forecast management/execution, and point of contact of operational inquiries for the Funko Organization and our customers.

Your Superpowers in Action
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned strategic accounts, developing strong customer relationships and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Manage customer forecasts and demand planning activities, partnering with Sales, Planning, and Operations to drive forecast accuracy and revenue execution.
  • Own end-to-end order book management, including supply chain delays, allocation prioritization, date management, pricing discrepancies, assembly orders, and shipment execution.
  • Manage customer-specific compliance requirements, shipping windows, routing guides, and retailer operational standards.
  • Support item setup activities, including UPC management, product attributes, assortment maintenance, and retailer portal requirements.
  • Analyze customer sales trends, inventory levels, forecasts, and open order positions to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Customer Compliance, and Distribution Centers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Lead weekly business reviews and provide operational updates, KPI reporting, and account performance analysis.
Preferred Strategic Account Experience
  • Experience supporting Walmart or other major retail accounts within a high-volume order management environment.
  • Strong understanding of Walmart shipping windows, routing compliance, Retail Link/ Nova/Supplier One systems, UPC and GTIN management, and forecasting processes.
  • Experience working within toy, collectibles, entertainment, consumer products, or FMCG categories preferred.

Qualifications & Competencies
  • Strong forecasting and demand planning experience with the ability to analyze sales trends, inventory positions, and customer demand signals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization and with external customers.
  • Ability to confidently present data, lead customer discussions, and communicate operational updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills required including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index Match, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Power Query, and reporting/dashboard development.
  • Strong aptitude for working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience supporting strategic retail accounts in a B2B customer service, sales operations, account coordination, or supply chain role.
  • Experience managing Walmart or comparable big-box retail accounts strongly preferred.
  • Experience with order book management, forecasting, replenishment planning, and customer compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting toy, collectibles, entertainment, consumer products, or related retail categories preferred.
  • Experience with retailer portals, EDI transactions, item setup processes, UPC/GTIN management, and customer-specific requirements.
Salary Information
The base hourly range for this position in the selected city is $24.23 - $30.29 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
