Day in the life
We believe that "Wow Customer Service" means a focus on providing responsive and friendly assistance with a caring human touch to our members and clients. This position services our clients by addressing their needs and providing consistent communications, follow-up services and monitoring of accounts while fulfilling the role of "internal client relationship manager".

  • Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business or Accounting OR
  • Minimum 3-5 years superior customer service, claims or other experience in the healthcare industry (3rd party administrator, fully insured or self-insured).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • People and team oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as math and computer skills.
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to interface with client contact in a self-funded, fully insured or 3rd party administrator environment.
  • Skilled at client relations with brokers.

Account Representative Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides superior, professional, ongoing, and consistent communication and customer service with designated clients, to maintain a positive, long-term relationship.
  • Works in coordination with the implementation team to successfully onboard new accounts.
  • Proactively resolve client specific issues and needs.
  • Practice relationship building specific to each client based on their needs and culture.
  • Understand and demonstrate a strong understanding of benefit plan designs and their impact for each client, and coordinate plan design changes understanding the client's goals & needs.
  • Audit and execute distribution of reports to clients and brokers.
  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of compliance and communicating with client and brokers on timing of those requirements along with associated costs.
  • Demonstrates the KBA value proposition to both client and brokers, incorporating it into all recommendations and resolutions.
  • Attend and facilitate team meetings/training as required.
