Position: Account Representative
Pay Rate: $19/hr - $20.00/hr
Hours: Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm
Location: Oceanside, Ca



Account Representative Responsibilities:

  • Professionally maintain performance expectations amongst numerous client portfolios through effective communication and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task. Representatives will navigate consumer’s accounts via computer, while simultaneously speaking to them on the phone.
  • Professional communication skills are necessary to thrive in the position, with both consumers, as well as peers and management
  • Inquisitiveness and awareness are required to gather relevant information and effectively identify and solve problems.
  • Candidate must be adept with phone and computer systems, and possess good typing skills to quickly and accurately look up or record account information.
  • Candidate must be comfortable and effective at over-the-phone conversation, in a fast-paced call center environment.
