Job Description

We are looking for a commercially driven and brand-focused Senior Key Account Representative to support and elevate performance across our international franchise network. Reporting to the International Franchise Manager, this role is responsible for working with partners to ensure best-in-class execution across all franchise markets and supporting partners to deliver premium and consistent brand experiences in-store and across consumer touchpoints. 

This individual will partner closely with franchise accounts and cross-functional teams to ensure excellence in product assortment, visual merchandising, retail marketing, training, and operational execution, while also leveraging data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive profitable growth. The ideal candidate is equally passionate about retail execution and business performance, with the ability to translate insights into action. 

What you'll get to do: 

  • Ensure strong in-store execution across all franchise markets, including assortment, visual merchandising, product storytelling, and brand presentation  
  • Partner with franchise accounts to ensure retail teams are trained and equipped to deliver a premium, brand-aligned customer experience 
  • Drive visual merchandising excellence, including regular photo reporting and close alignment with the International Visual Manager 
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing to ensure retail marketing campaigns, activations, and events are executed to brand expectations  
  • Support new store openings (NSOs) to ensure operational readiness, strong visual execution, and successful launch strategies  
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure all NSO deliverables are completed on time and to standard  
  • Maintain consistent communication with franchise partners to drive alignment, accountability, and executional excellence across all markets 
  • Analyze weekly and seasonal sales performance using retail KPIs to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities  
  • Develop and maintain standardized KPI reporting tools to drive visibility and data-driven decision-making across markets 
  • Provide actionable competitive intelligence by analyzing local market dynamics, monitoring regional promotional activity and holidays, and identifying consumer trends to inform merchandising and business strategies  
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations and Logistics to ensure timely product delivery, order fulfillment, and issue resolution 
  • Assist with seasonal market coordination, sample line management and organization, F&B arrangements, and other showroom needs 
Qualifications

Who you are: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred 
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, wholesale, or franchise management, preferably in international markets  
  • Passionate about retail environments, brand storytelling, and delivering premium customer experiences  
  • Highly organized with strong project management and execution skills  
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across cross-functional teams and external partners  
  • Strong understanding of retail math, KPIs, and performance analytics  
  • Resourceful, flexible, and excellent team player; ability to work cross-functionally and contribute beyond defined responsibilities 
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and traveling as needed

The salary range for this role is $93,000 per year - $120,000 per year.This role is bonus eligible.
