Job Summary:
True Anomaly is a company focused on building technology for space superiority. They are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support, maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and hardware, while ensuring ongoing usability and security of client systems.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Serve as the first point of contact for all IT issues, managing requests via phone, email, remote tooling (teams/BigFix) and in-person interactions.
โ€ข Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and hardware.
โ€ข Ensure ongoing usability of client computers, peripheral equipment, audio/visual systems, and software within established Information Systems standards and guidelines (i.e., desktops, laptops, MACโ€™s, printers, copier, etc.).
โ€ข Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and hardware.
โ€ข Maintain accurate documentation of technical support requests and resolutions in Jira and Confluence. Monitor and maintain system performance and security.
โ€ข Assist with the deployment and maintenance of new hardware and software including Mac OSX and Windows products, True Anomaly engineering software, and O365 tooling.
โ€ข Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
โ€ข Participate in demanding on-call rotations to provide IT/Technical support 24/7.
โ€ข This position requires the ability to respond to critical tickets/incidents outside of regular working hours. The role includes participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support the mission.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s Degree or combination of experience and industry leading certifications (Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certifications)
โ€ข Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT support or end-user desktop support
โ€ข Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware
โ€ข Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
โ€ข Proficient in Bash/Shell scripting
โ€ข Demonstrated proficiency with Windows and Mac OS
โ€ข Demonstrated proficiency with MDM tools (Such as: Intune, JAMF, BigFix)
โ€ข Experience with remote support tools and technologies
โ€ข Experience with cloud-based technologies and services (e.g., Azure)
โ€ข Developing recommendations for procedures to prevent problems.
โ€ข Ensures ongoing usability of client computers, peripheral equipment, audio/visual systems, and software within established Information Systems standards and guidelines (i.e., desktops, laptops, MACโ€™s, printers, copier, etc.).
โ€ข Delivers consistent, reliable service. Ensure usersโ€™ needs are being met for every request/incident that is processed.
โ€ข Experience with Cisco networking equipment
โ€ข Experience with Automations of basic tasks using Bash/Shell/Python scripts
โ€ข Ability to maintain or obtain TS/SCI clearance
โ€ข Work Locationโ€”this role will be fully onsite at our new Long Beach facility.
โ€ข Work environmentโ€”the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.
โ€ข Physical demandsโ€”the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving.
