Position: Help Desk/Data Quality Analyst
Location: Indianapolis, IN (46204)
Client: State of Indiana
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a Help Desk/Data Quality Analyst to support the accuracy and timeliness of immunization information systems. This role involves validating healthcare data and transforming it into actionable insights, utilizing strong T-SQL skills to manage large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data quality assessments on immunization records, ensuring validation and standardization.
  • Write and optimize T-SQL queries for analyzing and cleaning large healthcare datasets.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and public health partners to resolve data submission errors.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track provider compliance and system accuracy.
  • Investigate data anomalies and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in T-SQL (5+ years)
  • Experience with large relational databases (SQL Server preferred) (5+ years)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (5+ years)
  • Familiarity with immunization registries and HL7 messaging (highly desired)
  • Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau (highly desired)
