The ideal candidate brings a strong background in HCM software setups, exceptional project management skills, and a track record of delivering white-glove client experiences. Prior experience within the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) space is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end client implementations, serving as the main subject matter expert from initial discovery through kickoff, parallel processing, and go-live.
  • Build, configure, and validate client accounts within the iSolved platform, including complex payroll setups, multi-state tax setups, customized benefit structures, and time/attendance rules.
  • Analyze client workflows to recommend optimal platform configurations, particularly around co-employment, multi-entity setups, and administrative workflows common in PEO environments.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions to client HR/payroll managers and administrators on platform usage, self-service portals, and reporting tools.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of direct experience implementing or managing administrative backend setups within the isolved HCM platform
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations, prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and keep client stakeholders accountable
  • Deep technical understanding of U.S. payroll processing, multi-state payroll, payroll taxes, benefit administration, garnishments, and timekeeping rules
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a track record of explaining complex technical topics to non-technical users

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) environment with familiarity in co-employment models
  • isolved Certified Specialist, Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent practical experience
