Job description

What are we looking for?

VBA is seeking an energetic and motivated Implementation Manager to support our rapidly growing business. The Implementation Manager will lead clients through our implementation process and ensure a successful onboarding.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to meet client requirements and contracted statement of work
  • Set and manage client expectations
  • Clearly communicate project plans, key deliverables, timelines, and roles and responsibilities
  • Manage, track and communicate progress of multiple concurrent client implementation projects
  • Coordinate client training, software configuration, data conversion, and software and interface development
  • Ensure timely communication and mitigation of project risks and issues
  • Document and track change requests
  • Acquire sign-off from clients for key deliverables
  • All other duties as assigned

What are we looking for in this position?

  • 3+ years working in client-facing, technology-based Implementation/Project Manager roles
  • Proven experience managing projects with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Strong and professional communication skills, including writing, the ability to present, and comfort in leading client meetings
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical aptitude, particularly with SaaS, software integrations, and/or EDI
  • Proficiency with common project management tools
  • Ability to thrive in a remote environment
