The Consultant is responsible for delivering quality consulting, project management and support services to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, as an individual contributor or a team member.  

Location Specifics: USA
Requirement:  2 years of client facing experience in functional SmartRecruiters Implementation. Preferred industry will be Consulting, IT, Corporate
Language Requirement: English
Work Arrangement: Remote
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Service Delivery Expertise
- Provide client-facing implementation consulting on cloud-based talent acquisition technology solutions.
- Follow delivery methodologies appropriate to the project and the consultant’s role, while promoting industry best practices.
- Deliver high quality execution, completion rates, and maintain high client satisfaction on all engagements.
- Deliver effective change management strategies, including communications, testing and training programs.
- Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and personal integrity.
- Engage in positive and pro-active communication with peers and colleagues, building effective relationships within and across the business.
- Apply talent acquisition strategies and concepts in organizations with diverse needs.  

Functional Consulting/Business Analyst Expertise
- Provide functional process and design support to understand the current and desired future state of people, processes, and technology across multiple technology platforms.
- Gather feedback to accurately assess the business requirements, pain points and gaps facilitating best practice recommendations and the optimal use of SmartRecruiters.  

Market Expertise
- Be versatile, effective, and continually deepen skill sets in recruitment practices and technology platforms.
- Understand recruitment processes and technology to enable certification in SmartRecruiters implementation and other platforms.

Cultural Expertise
- Contribute to and support a positive team environment.
- Provide and accept feedback while looking for opportunities to help others.

Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience
- Must have client-facing experience supporting full project life cycle following established technology implementation methodology.
- A minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience supporting technology implementations with progressive responsibility (SmartRecruiters experience strongly preferred).
- A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience.
- Demonstrated ability supporting the successful implementation of technology solutions for talent acquisition processes.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Experience with SmartRecruiters is required with other system experience desirable: Paradox, Workday, Greenhouse, Oracle. 
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, and other related software.
