The Job

The Implementation Consultant will guide each client during their solution onboarding experience, shaping their journey with SIDECAR HR and ensuring they are positioned for success. This role is crucial to SIDECAR’s client services approach and will work closely with all other internal departments to provide a comprehensive and seamless transition into SIDECAR.

This role maybe leading projects for new clients but will be primarily focused on engagements with existing customers who are adding or modifying services and offerings.

This position is responsible for the duties outlined below including but not limited to:

  • Work closely with Sales Representatives or Account Managers to understand the new client’s needs and solutions to be delivered.
  • Consult with client on current processes and business needs to create an implementation plan for the delivery of services.
  • Guide the client through the project from kick-off to the final solution Go Live, actively managing expectations and reporting on progress to target dates.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Benefits, Worker’s Compensation, Payroll, HR, Tax and Finance to ensure all required tasks are completed timely and accurately with a continual focus on confirming execution across the internal and client teams.
  • Accurately configure the HCM system to support client business processes and allow SIDECAR to deliver quality services. This includes configuration for PTO, Time & Attendance, and additional add-on services as well as the CORE services, Payroll,Tax, Benefits, 401K.
  • Provide system support and troubleshooting, as necessary.
  • Identify potential challenges and work to proactively resolve them before they escalate and impact the overall client experience.
  • Coordinate and conduct live training sessions, ensuring clients are fully equipped to use all the technology platforms included in their solution set.
  • Support the client through two (2) successful payroll cycles before transitioning fully to their ongoing Payroll Operations Specialist and HR Business Partner.
  • Follow defined processes to document and communicate status throughout all phases of the implementation project.
  • Focus on process optimization and refinement of existing process to continue to allow SIDECAR to scale the implementation function and deliver exceptional service.
  • All other duties assigned by Management.

The Qualifications

Required:

  • Three years’ experience in implementation or client services in PEO or HR industry
  • PrismHR experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge in system configuration, specifically Workforce Management and Paid-Time Off Plan configuration.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and client service skills
  • Prior success in creating and implementing new internal processes and/ or tools
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Positive attitude and a collaborator spirit!
