The Implementation Lead is responsible forย leading the successful execution of new client and product implementations, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with full operational readiness.ย 

This role serves as the primaryย implementationย lead across internal teams and external clients, driving execution from initiation through go-live and post-launch support. The Implementation Specialist operationalizes defined requirements into execution plans and ensures alignment across all stakeholders.ย 

This role partners closely with Technical Business Analysts, IT, Operations, Product, and Client Success to ensure seamless delivery in a regulated healthcare environment.ย 

The successful candidate will report directly to theย SVP,ย Enterprise Implementation.ย While the position offers location flexibility, occasional travel will beย requiredย as needed.ย 

Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, Wyoming , Illinois; residents are not eligible.

Responsibilities

Implementation Planning & Deliveryย 

  • Develop and manage end-to-end implementation plans aligned with contractual agreements and operational capabilitiesย ย 
  • Define scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success criteriaย ย 
  • Operationalize defined requirements into execution plansย ย 
  • Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) and detailed delivery timelinesย ย 

Cross-Functional & Client Coordinationย 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycleย ย 
  • Lead client and internal kickoff meetings toย establishย expectations and milestonesย ย 
  • Coordinate execution across clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders, includingย facilitatingย regular project meetings to track progress, deliverables, and risksย ย 

Risk, Dependency & Issue Managementย 

  • Identify, track, and proactively mitigate implementation risks and dependenciesย ย 
  • Monitor project progress and surface issues early with recommended solutionsย ย 
  • Escalate risks and concerns appropriately to leadershipย ย 

Readiness, Go-Live & Post-Launch Supportย 

  • Establish andย validateย readiness across product, technical, operational, and client dimensionsย ย 
  • Lead go-live planning, execution, and decision-makingย ย 
  • Coordinate post-implementationย hypercareย support and issue resolutionย ย 

Client Enablement & Communicationย 

  • Conduct product demonstrations and implementation-related trainingย ย 
  • Recommend best practices aligned with CCS services and industry standardsย ย 
  • Maintain proactive, clear, and solutions-focused client communicationย ย 
  • Gather and document client feedback for continuous improvementย ย 

Compliance & Qualityย 

  • Ensure adherence to Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and private insurance requirementsย ย 
  • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all timesย due toย access to sensitive information.ย 
  • Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiativesย ย 
  • Document implementation outcomes and improvement opportunitiesย ย

Qualifications

Education & Experienceย 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)ย required; bachelor's degree preferredย ย 
  • 3-5 years of experience in implementation, project/program management, or delivery rolesย ย 
  • Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments preferredย ย 
  • PM Certification is required

Skills & Abilitiesย 

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsย ย 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilitiesย ย 
  • Ability to manage multipleย implementationsย and competing priorities independentlyย ย
