Position Overview: The Implementation Analyst is a vital member of the HRSoft Professional Services team, dedicated to the successful deployment of our cloud-based products for clients. You will work as part of an account implementation team, collaborating closely with a Project Manager to execute project tasks related to implementation, SQL reporting, and quality assurance. This role involves understanding clients' unique business requirements, configuring our software solutions to meet these needs, and ensuring a seamless transition from project kickoff to go-live. The Implementation Analyst is essential in delivering a high-quality customer experience and ensuring project success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather customer requirements and perform hands-on configuration of HRSoft products to meet client needs.
  • Clearly understand, conceptualize, document, and execute project plans, managing the document repository for customers.
  • Assist in the documentation of project and client-related activities.
  • Participate in client support activities, addressing more complex investigative support issues escalated to your team.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their business requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
  • Develop and execute project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide training and support to clients during the implementation process.
  • Conduct data analysis and migration to ensure accurate data integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
  • Demonstrate excellent mathematical and statistical skills.
  • Utilize programming languages and concepts, including writing and understanding pseudo code.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support, to deliver seamless implementations.
  • Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

● Knowledge of programming languages and SQL preferred

● 0 – 1 years’ experience with an IT/Software SaaS company, working knowledge of SaaS and SQL Or 1 – 2 years’ experience as a Compensation Analyst working with quarterly or annual focal plans

● Understanding of the fundamentals of web development like Client-side, Server-side, HTTP/ HTTPS Protocols

● Understanding of Cascading Style Sheet, HTML5, and JavaScript

● Familiarity with any Content Management System like WordPress, Drupal is a plus

● Understanding of RDBMS Concepts like Table, Normalization, Constraints, Primary Key, Foreign Key, and JOINS is desirable

Ability to effectively solve issues with outside-the-box solutions

● Understanding of how responsive design works complex, technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience

Ability to communicate

● Ability to analyze problems and provide potential solutions. Ability to analyze and document business processes.

● Be able to effectively communicate with technical development teams and with client teams about client requirements

● Strong client and service orientation and high level of passion for service excellence

● Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively prioritize deliverables and function in a flexible environment and delivering completed work on time and with accuracy

● Proficiency in Google suite required

● Proficiency in SQL required
