Job description

ROLE SUMMARY

The Solution Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading client facing technology deployments from discovery through post production support. This role serves as the bridge between client goals and technology solutions, ensuring successful delivery, strong user adoption, and an exceptional client experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.

You will partner with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to configure solutions, deliver training, manage deployments, and support adoption efforts. Success in this role requires a combination of project management expertise, technical aptitude, business analysis skills, and strong communication across all organizational levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end to end implementation projects including discovery, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and hypercare support

• Analyze client workflows and business processes to translate requirements into practical technology solutions

• Deliver demonstrations and training sessions tailored to frontline users, operational leaders, superusers, and executive stakeholders

• Manage project timelines, risks, deliverables, and client communications throughout the implementation process

• Monitor adoption metrics, KPIs, and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive client success

• Collaborate with Product, Support, Operations, Sales, and internal technology teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement

• Build implementation methodologies, documentation, training materials, and best practices that enhance delivery consistency

• Travel throughout the United States to support client deployments, training initiatives, and go live activities

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology implementations, client delivery, project management, SaaS deployments, or a related client facing role

• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations, or equivalent experience implementing technology solutions

• Proven experience leading multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high levels of organization, quality, and client satisfaction

• Hands on experience with system configuration, user training, testing, deployment support, and post implementation adoption activities

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, data organization, reporting, and trend analysis

• Experience working with project management platforms, CRM systems, ticketing systems, or implementation tools

• Familiarity with KPI reporting, client performance metrics, Power BI, change management initiatives, or operational process improvement programs preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, problem solving, and relationship building skills with the ability to engage effectively with frontline users, technical teams, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting mobile technology deployments, workforce management applications, or client facing SaaS implementations

• Familiarity with ClickUp and Power BI

• Experience driving user adoption programs and organizational change initiatives

• Background supporting field operations or operational technology environments
