Job description

Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a CLM Implementation Project Manager to manage the implementation of the iCertis Contract Lifecycle Management solution for clients. The successful candidate will oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget while meeting client requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end implementation of iCertis CLM for clients, including project planning, scoping, and delivery.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that the solution meets their needs.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project resources, including internal and external teams.
• Ensure that the project is completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget.
• Conduct regular status meetings with the project team and clients to ensure that the project is on track.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to the client and internal stakeholders.
• Work with the iCertis technical team to ensure that the solution is configured and customized to meet the client's requirements.
• Manage the testing and deployment of the solution.
• Provide training and support to clients as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or information technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably with experience in implementing iCertis CLM.
• Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred:
• Project management certification such as PMP is preferred.
