Nous recherchons un Consultant en Implementation polyvalent capable de naviguer a l'intersection de la strategie d'entreprise et de l'execution technique. Vous n'etes pas seulement un consultant en implementation; vous etes un conseiller de confiance qui aide les clients a transformer leur culture de retroaction grace a notre technologie.
C'est un role a fort impact, construit sur quatre piliers principaux : gestion de projet, analyse/consultation d'affaires, implementation technique, et transfert de connaissances.

Responsabilites cles

Gestion de projet (Le Pilote):

  • Propriete du cycle de vie complet: gerer les projets de mise en uvre logicielle depuis le demarrage initial jusqu'au "Go-Live" final.
  • Controle des risques et de la portee: identifier de maniere proactive les risques du projet, gerer les delais et s'assurer que la livraison reste dans le cadre convenu.
  • Communication avec les parties prenantes: servir de point de contact principal, fournissant des mises a jour regulieres aux equipes techniques et aux sponsors executifs.


Consultation & analyse commerciale (Le Stratege):

  • Ateliers de decouverte : animer des sessions pour comprendre les points de douleur des clients, les flux de travail et les indicateurs de reussite.
  • Conception de solutions: traduire les exigences commerciales complexes en specifications fonctionnelles pour la plateforme Blue.
  • Meilleures pratiques : conseiller les clients sur la methodologie des enquetes, les seuils d'anonymat et les hierarchies de reporting pour garantir des donnees de haute qualite.

Mise en uvre technique (Le Batisseur):

  • Configuration du systeme: configuration pratique de la plateforme Blue, incluant les flux de travail, les regles d'automatisation et les tableaux de bord de reporting.
  • Gestion des donnees : utiliser des techniques avancees de manipulation des donnees pour preparer et valider de grands ensembles de donnees pour l'ingestion par le systeme.
  • Automatisation et personnalisation : utiliser des scripts et de la logique technique pour automatiser les flux de donnees et ameliorer le comportement du systeme.
  • Tests et assurance qualite : diriger les tests d'acceptation utilisateur (UAT) pour s'assurer que la solution est robuste et sans erreurs.

Transfert de connaissances (L'Educateur):

  • Autonomisation des clients: former les administrateurs clients a devenir des utilisateurs experts capables de gerer leurs propres cycles de retroaction de maniere independante.
  • Creation de contenu : developper des guides utilisateurs, des videos de formation et une documentation specifique adaptes a la configuration unique du client.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Experience : 3 a 5+ ans dans les services professionnels, la mise en uvre de SaaS ou la consultation technique.
  • Competence technique :
    • Microsoft Excel : competences de niveau expert (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, tableaux croises dynamiques, Power Query) pour le nettoyage et la cartographie avances des donnees.
    • SQL : competences solides en requetes et manipulation de donnees pour les rapports complexes.
    • JavaScript (JS) : capacite a ecrire et depanner des scripts pour la visualisation avancee des donnees et les ameliorations UI/UX.
    • Technologies Web : maitrise de HTML/CSS et bonne comprehension des APIs et SSO.
  • Communication : capacite exceptionnelle a expliquer des concepts techniques complexes a des parties prenantes non techniques (par exemple, directeurs des ressources humaines ou doyens de faculte).

We are looking for a versatile Implementation Consultantwho can navigate the intersection of business strategy and technical execution. You aren't just a an implementation consultant; you are a trusted advisor who helps clients transform their feedback culture through our technology.

This is a high-impact role built on four core pillars: Project Management, Business Analysis/ Consulting, Technical Implementation, and Knowledge Transfer.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management (The Driver)

  • Full Lifecycle Ownership:Manage software implementation projects from initial kick-off through to final "Go-Live."
  • Risk & Scope Control:Proactively identify project risks, manage timelines, and ensure delivery stays within the agreed-upon scope.
  • Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular status updates to both technical teams and executive sponsors.

Consulting & Business Analysis (The Strategist)

  • Discovery Workshops:Lead sessions to understand client pain points, workflows, and success metrics.
  • Solution Design:Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications for the Blueplatform.
  • Best Practices:Advise clients on survey methodology, anonymity thresholds, and reporting hierarchies to ensure high-quality data.

Implementation (The Builder)

  • System Configuration:Hands-on setup of the Blueplatform, including workflows, automation rules, and reporting dashboards.
  • Data Management:Utilize advanced data manipulation techniques to prepare and validate large datasets for system ingestion.
  • Automation & Customization:Utilize scripting and technical logic to automate data flows and enhance system behavior.
  • Testing & QA: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution is robust and error-free.


Knowledge Transfer (The Educator)

  • Client Empowerment:Train client administrators to become power users who can manage their own feedback cycles independently.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience:3-5+ years in Professional Services, SaaS implementation, or technical consulting.
  • Technical Proficiency:
