As a Senior Implementation Enablement Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how partners and customers build expertise with Coveo solutions while influencing the future of our global implementation enablement strategy. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical implementation background with your passion for learning, communication, and program development.

You'll work across teams to create impactful learning experiences that directly contribute to customer and partner success.

As a Senior Implementation Enablement Manager, you will:

  • Empower partners and customers by enabling them to learn the necessary technical aspects of Coveo solutions, ensuring clarity and efficiency with Coveo implementations.
  • Develop and execute a design-to-cost program strategy to support Coveo's implementation objectives and goals.
  • Design, build, and maintain external implementation enablement programs in collaboration with the Global Enablement team, Professional Services, and Product Enablement teams.
  • Lead and coordinate implementation developer onboarding, including training and logistics, ensuring smooth and effective onboarding processes.
  • Analyze implementation performance data, learner feedback, and quality trends to continuously improve enablement programs and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Customer Organization, Product Management, and Partner Management, to drive the evolution of partner experience and advocate for the voice of the customer.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • 5+ years of experience delivering technical implementations, with significant exposure to customer-facing content and enablement programs within a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts in a rapidly evolving technology environment.
  • Proven success building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while aligning initiatives to business objectives.
