Tes responsabilites consisteront a assurer la formation des clients dans le cadre de l'implantation de notre ERP, incluant l'analyse d'affaires et la configuration du systeme.

Quelles seront tes responsabilites?

  • Implanter maestro* chez nos clients incluant la :
    • Preparation et formation sur l'utilisation de maestro* aupres de nos clients;
    • Modelisation et documentation des processus en vigueur chez la clientele tout en formulant des recommandations afin d'optimiser les processus d'affaires des clients;
    • Configuration du logiciel maestro* selon les processus et besoins du client;
    • Preparation des documents pedagogiques relatifs a la formation;
    • L'accompagnement du client lors de la mise en production du logiciel;
  • Participer de facon proactive au processus complet du projet d'implantation (lancement de projet, suivi / controle; fermeture de projet) via la:
    • Recommandation a l'equipe de gestion de projets (client et Maestro) la meilleure facon de deployer le projet dans le contexte client;
    • Proposition de facon proactive a des ajustements au calendrier et plan de deploiement permettant d'optimiser la valeur du projet.
  • Effectuer des recommandations et accompagner le client dans les tests integres necessaires lors d'un deploiement;
  • Effectuer des formations aux clients internes (collegues de travail);
  • Collaborer et participer a l'equipe de soutien logiciel;
  • Collaborer avec la direction sur differents projets speciaux.

  • De l'experience significative dans la gestion/comptabilite financiere;
  • De l'experience concrete en formation incluant la formation virtuelle, en salle, en groupe ou individuelle;

  • Aptitude superieure en relations interpersonnelles et en communication;

What would your role be?

You will be tasked with delivering client training during ERP implementation, including business analysis and system configuration.


What would be your responsibilities?

  • Implementsmaestro*across our customers:
    • Prepares and trains customers on usingmaestro*;
    • Models and documents the processes in use by the customers while formulating recommendations to optimize their business processes;
    • Designs learning materials;
    • Assists Maestro customers with the system go-live;
    • Carries out high-quality implementations that will yield positive references from our customers;
  • Participates in the entire implementation process (sales, project launch, follow-ups, audits, project closure) with a proactive approach:
    • Provides recommendations to the project management team (customer and Maestro) on the best way to deploy projects given a customer's specific context;
    • Acts in a proactive manner by suggesting modifications to the deployment calendar in order to enhance the value of the project;
  • Provides recommendations and assists customers while conducting the necessary integrated tests when deployingmaestro*;
  • Delivers training sessions to our customer base;
  • Collaborates with the Software Support team;
  • Collaborates with management on various special projects.
