Are you a hands-on Implementation Manager with experience in payments, cards or fintech who enjoys configuring solutions, solving technical challenges and delivering successful client implementations from concept to go-live?
The Impact you'll have as an Implementation Manager
The Implementation Manager at Thredd will be responsible for delivering customer focused solutions from requirements definition, building and integration, testing, go live and hand over to support functions. You will own the delivery of a portfolio of new and existing client projects and programmes through all of stages mentioned above.
You will work closely with colleagues, clients and third parties (issuers, schemes, card bureaus and suppliers) to document and agree requirements, document proposed configuration to meet those requirements, identify ways to phase delivery to aid the client in realising revenue, configure our platform accordingly, assist in their integration using Thredd infrastructure and API's and test cards and products to ensure they work as expected.
What you'll be doing as an Implementation Manager
  • Managing and delivering a portfolio of client projects and programmes
  • Working with clients to capture requirements, identifying potential gaps and solutions, documenting these, producing product setup forms and ensuring they are reviewed and approved
  • Guiding clients and managing expectations on delivery timescales (including options to phase delivery), potential common hold-ups and associated ways to mitigate them
  • Providing a smooth and effective hand over to the Operations and Account Management functions post implementation
  • Scheduling regular progress calls with clients and third parties
  • Advising on impact of potential challenges and delays as well as offering workarounds
  • Ensuring all documentation is produced is of a high quality
  • Identifying and managing risks and issues, and delivering owned tasks and actions
  • Liaising with product and technical teams, raising JIRA tickets as necessary
  • Analysing and where necessary, escalating issues found during implementations to identify short-term fixes and long-term solutions
  • Contributing to and delivering own internal continual improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining internal documentation
  • Acting as first line technical support and troubleshooting where issues are found
  • Building deeper knowledge of the industry, business product and system capabilities
