Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Manage 15 client implementations simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, timelines, resources, and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, action items, and implementation deliverables.
  • Lead client kickoff meetings, status meetings, working sessions, and go-live readiness meetings.

  • Track project progress and provide clear status updates to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate testing, configuration, data/integration requirements, training, and go-live activities as applicable.
  • Ensure implementation documentation and project artifacts are accurate and up to date.

  • Proven experience managing 15 client implementation projects, ideally simultaneously or within a high-volume client environment.
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build relationships, lead meetings, manage expectations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience in FinTech, financial services, banking, payments, lending, insurance, or another financial technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from initial kickoff through implementation and go-live.
  • Strong project planning, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and resolve project risks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.

  • Experience implementing SaaS, financial technology, payments, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, data migrations, or other technical implementation components.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with enterprise or B2B clients.
  • Experience developing implementation playbooks, processes, or best practices.
