Nous cherchons un Consultant Audit et organisation de projet ERP ,

Votre mission principale sera d’accompagner notre client à Valleyfield dans ses projets de transformation et de modernisation des processus métiers stratégiques.

  • Audit et Diagnostic : Analyse de l'existant, identification des dysfonctionnements, et évaluation des besoins fonctionnels et techniques.
  • Identifier les besoins métiers via un cahier des charges, impliquer les utilisateurs finaux, évaluer les solutions / Sélection du partenaire/intégrateur.
  • Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers en lien avec l’ERP .
  • Participer au paramétrage, à la personnalisation et à la configuration de la solution.
  • Contribuer aux phases de déploiement et d’implémentation.
  • Assurer le suivi complet des projets, de l’initialisation à la clôture, en coordination avec l'integrateur de la solution ERP.
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques ainsi que la documentation utilisateur.
  • Former et accompagner les utilisateurs finaux afin de garantir une adoption optimale de l’outil.
  • Fournir un support de niveaux 2 et 3 et intervenir dans la résolution des incidents techniques et fonctionnels.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des axes d’amélioration continue pour optimiser les processus métiers et l’usage de l’ERP .

  • Dossiers de cadrage et paramétrage.
  • Plans de tests, PV de recette.
  • Guides utilisateurs et supports de formation.
  • Tableaux de bord ....

Compétences techniques :

  • Bonne compréhension des processus métiers (Construction , Industrie manufacturière , supply chain, finance, etc.).
  • Capacité à challenger les besoins métier et à proposer des solutions pertinentes.
  • Leadership, sens de l’organisation et rigueur.
  • Très bon relationnel et capacité à animer des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
  • Sens du service client, proactivité et capacité d’anticipation.
  • Aisance à l’oral et à l’écrit (français obligatoire, anglais souhaité)
