Our intuitive and user-friendly workflow walks you through your work from start to finish without missing a step, saving you tons of time. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our outstanding team here in Perryopolis!
JOB SUMMARY:
An entry-level position for aspiring software engineers, web designers, or software sales professionals. In this position you will work closely with and assist experienced professionals in the implementation, training, and support of our cloud software.
This is a long-term position with limited opportunities for upward advancement, best suited for those who enjoy and excel in a consistent operational capacity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Take on technical assignments and special projects from our software engineering and design team.
  • Analyze and cleanse tabular data in preparation to import the data into the client’s software and websites.
  • Learn our custom-built software and tools to quickly migrate data from old software to our modern software.
  • Read and assimilate lot and grave maps of cemeteries to use our innovative mapping tools to plot each location with pinpoint accuracy.
  • Use HTML/CSS to implement designed forms and basic websites.
  • Help Desk-Provide professional training and support to our customers over the phone, through email, and ticket requests.
  • Speak with clients and colleagues as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school Diploma (or equivalent like a GED)
  • Analytical with a fine attention to detail
  • Graphic Design Background strongly preferred
SKILLS amp; COMPETENCIES:
  • Computer Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills a must
  • Strong Written or Verbal communication
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Experience with HTML/CSS a plus
  • SQL (MySQL preferred) a plus
