We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Senior Software Sales Representative at Cincom, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the continued success and growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle software sales, strongly emphasizing consultative selling, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.
Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities within your assigned territory and accounts, focusing on enterprise-level customers and partners.
  • Understanding your market and your territory to be able to identify your customers/prospects needs, pain points, and industry trends. Using this knowledge to identify prospects within your territory.
  • Identifying potential partners, who will incorporate our products into their offerings. Nurture, maintain and grow those relationships over years, helping these partners to grow their businesses using our solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in prospects, Customers and Partners, including C-level executives, IT directors, and procurement managers.
  • Leading the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Delivering persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of Cincom's software solutions.
  • Deliver continued growth of revenue within your assigned territory.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to provide valuable insights to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle software sales in Complex Manufacturing software and solutions, such as CPQ, CRM, PLM, or ERP.
  • Experience in selling services as an integral part of solution offerings.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and position appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
