Summary
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll help shape the digital experiences that support how NVR attracts, engages, and serves customers throughout their homebuying journey. Working within a high-performing team, you'll design and build modern applications, enterprise integrations, and cloud-based solutions that power critical Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience capabilities.
This role combines hands-on software engineering, platform development, and solution architecture across Microsoft Dynamics 365, .NET, Azure, and enterprise integration technologies. You'll have significant ownership and influence over technical decisions while partnering directly with product managers, business stakeholders, and fellow engineers to deliver scalable solutions that create measurable business value.

  • Build and enhance applications, services, and integrations using Dynamics 365, .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and modern web technologies.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, enterprise CRM platforms, or customer engagement applications.
  • Hands-on experience building applications with .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Azure technologies.
  • Experience designing APIs, integrations, and distributed application architectures.
  • Experience building scalable, maintainable, and secure enterprise solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across applications, data, and integrated systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
