EVERWhite is looking for an optimistic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for an analytical problem solver who is eager to learn, communicates effectively, and wants to build a successful career in sales. In this role, you will help grow company sales by reaching out to prospective clients, leveraging success stories of current clients, and building new business relationships across multiple industries.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated go-getter who is eager to learn our industry, develop strong sales skills, and close deals!
The Position:
  • Sell dry erase products to the education, Division 10 contractors, healthcare, manufacturing, and corporate markets
  • Develop new leads and referrals via cold calls, emails, and social media to build strong client relationships
  • Work closely with team members to leverage success stories in each industry to identify prospective customers
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to nurture leads through the sales pipeline
  • Gain deep product knowledge to effectively understand and solve customer needs
  • Research target market segments and competitor offerings
  • Prepare quotes, submit proposals, and close new business deals
  • Maintain customer records and track outreach activity to consistently achieve monthly performance goals
  • Make sales projections

Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of sales experience (bachelors or associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus)
  • Dynamic personality with a strong work ethic and a go-getter attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Eager to learn, coachable, and quick to pick up new processes
  • Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and follow up persistently
  • Strong foundational computer skills, including Microsoft Office (experience with CRM software like Sage, ACT, or Salesforce is a bonus)
  • Must live within 30 minutes of Warminster, PA
  • Some travel required - up to 10-15%
