Full-time inside sales role, no experience required, paid training, SaaS product supporting government clients, and realistic first-year OTE $50,000-$70,000. If you're motivated, coachable, and eager to grow promotion to an Account Executive role within 3-4 months.


We're hiringEntry-Level Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)to support our growinggovernment software sales team.This is a fulltimeinside sales / outbound sales roledesigned for individuals looking to break intoB2G and SaaS sales. iWorQ provides cloud-based software solutions to city and county governments across the U.S. We help public works, planning, permitting, and other municipal departments operate more efficiently by offering tracking and workflow management software.

Responsibilities

  • Make 60-75 outbound cold calls per dayto cities, counties, and local government agencies
  • Identify and qualify decisionmakers at government organizations
  • Clearly explain oursoftware solutionsandschedule demosfor Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate call notes and activity tracking inPipedrive CRM
  • Meet or exceeddaily call, activity, and demo goals
  • Work closely with Account Executives to support a strong sales pipeline
  • Participate in ongoingsales training, coaching, and development

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skillsand a professional phone presence
  • Comfortable makinghigh-volume outbound calls
  • Entry level candidates encouraged to apply

  • High energy, self-motivated, and goal oriented

  • CRM experience (Pipedrive preferred) is a plus

Compensation & Earnings

  • $20 bonus for every qualified demo you set
  • 10-20% commissionon any deals that close from demos you generate
  • OnTarget Earnings (OTE): $50,000-$70,000 for your first year
