Aurum Ventures is hiring for the next Entry-Level Sales Manager. The company partners with Fortune 500 companies in the water distribution, telecommunications, and home improvement industries to execute targeted, direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns that drive growth and build brand awareness.

This position will be on a team of like-minded sales and marketing professionals working in the water distribution industry, starting at an entry-level role. While all training and development is provided, it is key that this individual maintains a student mentality, is hardworking, and is driven to meet and exceed client expectations.

This Position:

The next Entry-Level Sales Manager will work with our direct-to-consumer marketing and sales team to advertise clients’ products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and running promotional events within partnered retail locations in the local market. Through face-to-face interactions with customers, you will clearly communicate and encourage the benefits and promotions offered by the client to both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and run marketing events and promotional campaigns within retail stores that have partnered with our clients

  • Learn and understand the product knowledge, and be able to communicate it back correctly and confidently to management as well as customers

  • Quote, qualify, and process sales orders using the most applicable and relevant promotions specific to each customer situation

  • Provide customer service to new and existing customers, help with troubleshooting potential product issues, and help escalate issues out of your control

  • Track and consistently hit individual and team sales goals
