RequirementsCurrent Massachusetts Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
Proven history of building and leading successful sales teams.
Deep understanding of the local Massachusetts insurance landscape.
Ability to communicate complex policy details with clarity and patience.
Expertise in managing a sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
