Executive Sales Managers are senior-level professionals responsible for overseeing a company's sales operations, developing strategic plans to meet sales targets, and managing a team of sales managers or representatives. They analyze market trends, build relationships with key clients, and coordinate with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals. Their leadership is crucial for driving revenue growth and ensuring the sales team performs effectively.
