What You'll Do

As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—while helping organizations discover growth opportunities through Abstrakt's suite of business growth services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations virtually and in person
  • Build relationships with business owners, executives, and C-suite decision-makers
  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to signed agreement

  • Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Utilize CRM tools and sales processes to track opportunities and forecast revenue
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and emerging business opportunities

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience selling recurring revenue services
  • Demonstrated success managing a full sales cycle and closing business
  • Experience selling through both virtual and face-to-face meetings
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proven ability to engage and influence executive and C-level stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications

Work Environment

This position requires regular in-office collaboration and client-facing interactions. Candidates must reside in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Travel is a regular component of the role and may occur multiple times per month based on business and client needs.
