Summary:

Job Summary: The Executive Sales Administrator is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong technical aptitude and a service-minded approach to supporting sales operations. This role provides administrative support and coordinates sales analyst reporting activities across multiple sales divisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, strong business acumen, excellent follow-up skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. This individual should be proactive, dependable, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure information is accurate, timely, and well-communicated.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately review and prepare monthly commission reports for approval by Sales Director
  • Perform various data mining/report management for sales analytics and reporting purposes
  • Support and interface with the lead generation team
  • Must have the maturity and discretion to be able to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • Assist Multiple Territory Sales Managers as required.
  • Support the Sales Director, V.P. Sales and V.P. Operations as needed
  • Prepare / distribute various weekly and monthly reports
  • Coordination of event planning for company meetings, training, customer events, etc.
  • Coordinate marketing material collection (video/pictures/content) for sales promotion on multiple media channels.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for management individuals and division team members.
  • Coordinate, order, distribute and manage inventory of team apparel and promotional items.
  • Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.

Requirements:

  • This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who can relate to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.
  • Ability to foster positive and effective interaction with leadership, sales teams and co-workers and must be able to communicate in a timely and professional manner.
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, discretion and diplomacy.
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
  • A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.
  • Ability to multitask within job duties.
  • Ability to self-manage and coordinate workflow.
  • 3+ years’ experience with an analysis and administrative background
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various related documents including sales data/metrics, human resource material and marketing materials.
  • If hired, must be able to verify eligibility to work in the United States and pass a pre-employment drug test.
