What are Freelance Sales Managers?

Freelance Sales Managers are independent professionals who help businesses develop and execute sales strategies without being full-time employees. They are typically hired on a contract basis to manage sales teams, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. These managers often work with multiple clients, providing flexibility and specialized expertise to companies that may not need or cannot afford a permanent sales manager. Their responsibilities can include setting sales targets, training sales staff, and analyzing market trends to increase sales performance.
