GSTV is seeking a freelance marketing professional, preferably based in New York City and available work onsite with the team.
FREELANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST - CLIENT SOLUTIONS
Summary:
GSTV is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freelance Client Solutions & Sales Operations Specialist to provide operational support across client presentations, RFP responses, enterprise business reviews, and sales enablement initiatives.
This role will serve as a key execution partner to the Client Solutions team, supporting the development, coordination, and production of client-facing materials while ensuring projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The position is ideal for someone who excels at project management, presentation development, content organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Client Solutions team will continue to own strategic recommendations, custom client storytelling, product positioning, and seller partnership. This role is focused on operational execution, content sourcing, production support, and workflow coordination.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Client Presentation & Meeting Material Development
o Build and update client-facing presentations using approved GSTV templates and sales materials.
o Source and compile approved product information, audience insights, creative examples, case studies, and supporting content.
o Gather relevant reporting, screenshots, visuals, and campaign examples following internal planning sessions.
o Manage presentation formatting, revisions, quality assurance, version control, and final deliverable preparation.
o Coordinate asset collection and feedback across Client Solutions, Sales, Insights, Product, Planning, and Marketing teams.
o Track project timelines and ensure presentation materials are delivered on schedule.
• RFP & Proposal Support
o Review RFP documents and identify key requirements, deliverables, KPIs, and deadlines.
o Research account history and previous campaign activity within Salesforce and internal systems.
o Compile approved product information, case studies, audience insights, and supporting materials for proposal responses.
o Coordinate cross-functional inputs and ensure responses align with internal pricing and submission guidelines.
o Flag items requiring management review or approval.
o Prepare final proposal documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality control.
• Enterprise Business Review (EBR) Support
o Develop first drafts of enterprise-level client presentations using approved templates.
o Compile performance reporting, visuals, screenshots, campaign recaps, and supporting documentation.
o Manage revision cycles and stakeholder feedback.
o Coordinate deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Sales Enablement & Content Management
o Maintain and organize content within Highspot and other sales enablement platforms.
o Upload, tag, archive, and update presentations, case studies, product materials, and sales collateral.
o Ensure content libraries remain organized, searchable, and current.
o Maintain metadata and content governance standards.
o Generate content usage and engagement reports to support team analysis and optimization efforts.
• Project Management & Coordination
o Serve as a central coordinator for project deliverables across multiple departments.
o Track deadlines, stakeholder submissions, approvals, and revisions.
o Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
o Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, content organization, and operational processes.
Key Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, proposal management, sales enablement, client services, marketing operations, advertising, media, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation development.
• Experience supporting RFP responses, proposal development, and client-facing deliverables.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Highspot, or similar CRM and content management platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working within advertising, media, marketing, or sales organizations preferred.
