Job description

The role of the Client Relationship Assistant is to support our Client Relationship Managers with delivering bespoke portfolio management strategies that elevate the experience of our Private Shopping Clients.

Delivering world class service to Harrods' most loyal clients and consistently exceeding their expectations is key to our success. The Client Relationship Assistant plays a fundamental role in supporting the retention of Harrods most discerning clients.

About The Role

The key responsibility of this role is to assist with the day-to-day administrative, operational and reporting of all clientelling campaigns and initiatives to drive the performance of the Private Shopping team.

Other key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Support with welcoming, engaging and acquiring new clients, including responding to client inquiries via multiple channels, scheduling client appointments and facilitating the handover to the assigned Private Shopper.
  • Maintaining all activity trackers up to date, liaising with Private Shoppers to collate client feedback, waiting lists for brand and product access.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for clients and team members.
  • Working alongside the Client Relationship Managers in understanding the client portfolio to support with preparation for meetings, as well as coordinating campaigns with the Loyalty team.
  • Support with weekly team reporting, including liaising with stakeholders across Client Engagement and Brand Engagement teams.

About You

We are looking for an individual that is passionate about Private Shopping, who is motivated by establishing and nurturing authentic client relationships with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

We are also looking for the below qualities:

  • Knowledge of trends regarding client experiences.
  • Client facing experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability and willingness to multi-task to meet short deadlines.
  • Flexible around readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working with a CRM system is highly desirable
  • A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and work within a team, being ready to help others as required.
  • Good PC literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
