Compensation
The hourly rate ranges below reflect typical freelance rates aligned to comparable full-time roles in the United States. We want you to feel well compensated for the work you're doing with us, just as much as we want to work with professionals that take pride in their work. Actual rates vary based on experience, specialization, project scope, and overall business needs.
Manager: $50-$75/hr
Senior Manager: $75-$90/hr
Associate Director: $90-$120/hr
Director: $115-$140/hr
