Sales Manager, USA remote based job opening for a Tampa, Florida addressed small independent company, who are growing and highly respected for business training to Certified Health Practitioner on how to grow their practices / clinics. Plus they have a digital marketplace for B2B products and services.A Manager or Director of Sales who will operate as an individual contributor.
The specific focus of this sales manager job and the background we need you to have is most, if not all of:
  • Several years of success in B2B Sales, with experience of this customer market and relationships
  • An interest in selling membership training programs including live, in-person training events, affiliates/partnerships, and the entire sales process, including webinars on how to grow and service your practice / clinics
  • Contribute to sales strategy, tactics and planning
  • Able to build rapport, influence, persuade and negotiate for profitable deals and long term client satisfaction
  • Able to set and manage KPIs plus lead by example with client generation and closing deals
  • Proven sales process management, presentations, CRM, and business development
  • Budget management, sales forecasts, CRM, data analysis
  • Professional, knowledgeable and well presented - including telephone, video virtual meetings and in person sales and relationship development
  • Documentation and executive board level reporting and meeting management abilities
  • Well educated to Degree or above
  • Experienced remote working and happy to attend industry events and attend the main locations for the high ticket industry in person training events
