Job description

Small growing family owned company seeking an entry level Inside Sales Representative.


Compensation: $14- $16/hr + Commission DOE with opportunity to grow

Employment type: full-time

Hours: M-F 8-5pm, 1 hr lunch, 2 - 10 min breaks, paid holidays, 1 week paid vacation after 1 yr, 2 weeks after 5 years.


Job Purpose:- Contact via phone and email established and new customers for electronic part sales and service in the US and South America.


Duties include but are not limited to the following-


- Calling established customers to check on part and service needs

- Quote customers on parts requested

- Utilize email, Act Pro, and QuickBooks to contact, manage customer quotes, and run daily and weekly reports

- Contact new customers assigned to you

- Work with Sales Mgr, Purchasing and Accounting who will provide training and support


Qualifications include the following:


- High School Graduate - College experience or degree a plus

- Familiar with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word & Outlook), and Typing. QuickBooks or Act! Pro a plus!

- Organizational Skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize projects

- Dependable, trustworthy, and possess work ethics

- Bi-lingual a plus!

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking on the phone

- Detail Oriented

- Must pass a drug and background check
