Wei Laboratories is looking for Entry Level Inside Sales Account Managers to join our team in Twin Cities, MN. Our company is in growth mode and expanding the sales force rapidly.

This inside sales role will work directly with our practitioners and patients to educate them on the benefits of using our alternative solutions to address a broad range of health concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Increasing revenue and driving market development through direct phone communications with existing customer base.
  • Sales efforts include effective cultivating and maintaining key relationships,
  • Creating and implementing a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly within individual accounts.
  • Successful completion of sales / product training program.
  • Consult and educate clients on the proper protocols involved in patient treatment.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas as defined by company.
  • Maintain all administrative reporting requirements defined by company.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Biology, Life Science, Business, Marketing, or related field. (required)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with an ability to effectively present to external customers.
  • Effective time management skills required with a demonstrated ability to assess and prioritize opportunities
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and sales CRM software
