Job Title: Front Desk Sales Lead (Part-Time)
Location: Massage Envy Golden Valley, MN
Schedule: Part-Time. Includes evenings and weekends.
About the Role
We are looking for a confident, motivated Front Desk Sales Lead who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. This is not an entry-level front desk role. This position is for someone with a strong sales background, a passion for closing deals, and the ability to lead by example.
You will be the sales driver at the front desk, setting the tone for performance, coaching the team, and ensuring every guest interaction turns into a sales opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead front desk sales efforts with a strong focus on memberships, service packages, and gift cards
• Confidently close sales and overcome objections
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Coach and support front desk associates on sales conversations and closing techniques
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to checkout
• Handle POS transactions, scheduling, opening and closing duties, and guest follow-ups
• Partner with management to drive revenue, accountability, and performance standards
Qualifications
• Proven sales experience required. Membership, retail, inside sales, or service-based sales preferred
• Strong closing skills and comfort asking for the sale
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and influence others
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven, goal-oriented environment
