The Opportunity
We are currently seeking motivated and driven Part-Time Inside Sales Professionals to join our Business Development team, working in-office at our Burnsville, MN location.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, is comfortable spending time on the phone, and wants a flexible schedule while being part of a high-energy, supportive sales team.
What You'll Do
  • Promote and sell the value of BBB Accreditation to businesses across Minnesota and North Dakota
  • Conduct outbound phone outreach using a proven, pre-developed sales script
  • Consult with business owners after accreditation to support their online presence and marketplace credibility
  • Accurately document sales activity and customer information in internal systems
  • Collaborate with a tenured and highly engaged sales team (average tenure: 6+ years)

Schedule & Hours
  • Part-time; flexible schedule, up to 20-25 hours per weekCreate a consistent schedule, within the daily hours of 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (no weekends) that works for you! Opportunity to remain part-time or grow into a full-time role over time
