Role Summary/Purpose

The Document Control Specialist plays a key role in supporting Locke's projects and operations by ensuring all documentation is accurate, organized, and accessible throughout each project's lifecycle. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining document control systems, tracking revisions, ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements, and partnering with project managers and engineers to streamline documentation processes.

Successful Key Results for the Document Control Specialist

  • Ensure 100% accuracy and version control of project documentation.
  • Maintain document retrieval and turnaround times within established service level standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Locke's document control processes and standards.
  • Receive, review, and process incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements
