  • Support ECO review meetings, maintain ECO status visibility, assist with monthly metrics, and help update documentation procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and implementation schedules as assigned.

Initial Focus / Expectations:
  • Quickly learn existing ECO, BOM, ERP, archive, document release, and certification-support processes.
  • Maintain continuity for new BOM processing, obsolete component documentation, agency certification support, document control, data entry, and active NPI programs.
  • Support potential release and transfer of Cenergia documentation packages if assigned.
  • Provide practical day-to-day coordination and working-lead support as assigned; this role is not intended to replace formal department management authority unless designated separately.

  • Minimum 5 years of document control, configuration management, ECO/change control, BOM, PLM/PDM, ERP, or technical documentation experience in an engineering, manufacturing, quality, medical device, industrial, or regulated environment.
  • Hands-on experience processing ECOs, engineering change requests, change notices, drawing changes, revision changes, and document releases from start to completion.
  • Experience creating, updating, and checking BOMs, part records, drawing revisions, assemblies, and engineering documentation packages.
  • Working knowledge of PLM/PDM/ERP or controlled documentation systems such as Teamcenter, SAP, Aras, EPDM/PDM, MasterControl, E1, or equivalent systems.
  • SolidWorks experience strongly preferred, including ability to review parts, assemblies, drawings, and BOM-related information; AutoCAD or Creo experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of configuration management, document control principles, revision control, controlled records, and quality system documentation practices.
  • Experience supporting NPI, product transfer, supplier coordination, agency certification, audit readiness, or manufacturing documentation support preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking, data review, pivot tables, lookups, logs, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills; self-starter able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
