Job Summary
The Associate Document Control Specialist supports the organization by ensuring all controlled documents are accurately created, reviewed, maintained, and distributed in accordance with established quality and compliance standards. This role helps maintain the integrity of the document management system by processing document changes, ensuring version control, and assisting employees with documentation workflows. By keeping records organized, accessible, and audit ready, the Associate Document Control Specialist plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the company.
Essential Functions
  • Digitize, verify, and store electronic documentation in the appropriate locations within the Document Management System.
  • Assists in the routing of Change Requests and Change Orders to ensure a timely completion.
  • Maintains documentation database.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The hourly pay rate for this position is:
$20.00 to $24.00
