Job description

Prince Sterilization Services is a contract steam and dry heat sterilization provider serving the pharmaceutical, compound pharmacy, medical device and biotech industries. We are seeking a Document Control Associate (Entry Level position) with ability to scan, verify and archive documents, while maintaining accuracy. 

Shift: Mon-Fri 9:00am-4:00pm (On-site) 

Responsibilities:

·         Scanning paper records into pdf electronic format

·         Verification of scans

·         Archiving of records

·         Maintaining spreadsheets for accuracy

·         Coordinating with vendor for offsite destruction of records

·         Communicate with customers for return of records

·         Miscellaneous duties as required by management

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills. Attention to Detail.
  • Organization skills (Filing, sorting, verifying documents)
  • Must pass a background check and provide valid ID.
  • High school diploma and prior warehouse/production experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and lift up to 50 lbs.
