Port

Job description

Description
About Port
Port is the Agentic SDLC Platform. The way engineering teams build software is constantly evolving, and every new wave - such as AI agents operating across the SDLC- makes engineering more powerful, but also more complex and chaotic.
Port turns that chaos into control: one platform to build, govern, and operate the software development lifecycle, enabling every team to move as fast as technology allows.
Following our $100M Series C funding round, we are entering an exciting stage of significant growth and global expansion. As a product-led company, we believe the recipe for success is a world-class product that speaks for itself.
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented CRM Administrator to keep our business systems running smoothly and support the teams that rely on them every day. This is an execution-focused role: you'll own the day-to-day administration of our CRM, resolve support requests, keep our data clean and trustworthy, and help deliver enhancements and projects led by our senior business applications team.
It's an ideal role for someone with a solid CRM administration foundation who wants to grow into broader business systems and go-to-market engineering work. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance stakeholders, and learn the wider stack (HubSpot, Snowflake, integrations, quote-to-cash tooling) alongside experienced engineers.
What you'll be doing
  • Own routine CRM administration: user provisioning and permissions, field and property management, pipelines, workflows, list and record hygiene, and general system upkeep.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for CRM support requests, triaging and resolving issues through our intake process and escalating complex problems when needed.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and hygiene through deduplication, validation rules, cleanup routines, and regular audits.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and views to give business teams reliable visibility into their processes and metrics.
  • Configure and test workflows, automations, and enhancements to support Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance operations.
  • Support the implementation of new features and applications by assisting with configuration, testing, documentation, and rollout under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help monitor and maintain integrations and data flows between the CRM and connected systems, flagging issues and supporting fixes.
  • Assist with quote-to-cash and subscription lifecycle processes by keeping supporting CRM data and configuration accurate and up to date.
  • Document processes, configurations, and admin procedures to support consistency, adoption, and knowledge sharing.
  • Help drive user adoption by supporting onboarding, answering how-to questions, and gathering feedback from business stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on CRM administration experience (Salesforce and/or HubSpot).
  • Working knowledge of core CRM concepts: objects, properties, pipelines, workflows/automations, permissions, and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to data accuracy and hygiene.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow into broader business systems and go-to-market engineering work.

Nice to have
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Exposure to the broader go-to-market and business applications stack (e.g., data warehouses, integration/ETL tools, CPQ or subscription management platforms).
  • Familiarity with go-to-market processes across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance operations.
  • Relevant CRM admin certification (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce Administrator).

Note: Employees are required to work from the office 3 days a week and 2 days from home. Office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
