How to become a CRM developer?

There are no formal education requirements to become a CRM developer, but many employers prefer candidates with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. You need a strong working knowledge of Microsoft CRM systems and how to develop new business solutions that will increase company efficiency and customer satisfaction. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C# or Java, is required. Obtaining CRM certification is not required, but may make you a more valuable candidate in the job market. Other qualifications for this career include being able to work as part of a team, analytical problem-solving abilities, and excellent time management skills.
