· Work independently with strong accountability and initiative
· Write thoughtful, personalized correspondence to supporters
· Analyze donor data to better understand engagement and giving patterns
· Handle sensitive donor information with the highest level of confidentiality

Qualifications

· Experience as a Mid-Level Donor Officer, Major Gift Officer, or Development Professional (required)
· Proven success cultivating and stewarding donor relationships within a nonprofit or ministry setting
· Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
· Experience with high-volume outreach or call-based engagement preferred
· Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
· Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends as needed)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred
· Strong alignment with Christian values and commitment to faith-based stewardship
· Willing to pray from the heart with donors for encouragement, guidance, and strengthening spiritual growth

Physical Demands

· Communicating effectively via phone, video, and written correspondence
· Using standard office technology including computers and communication tools

Why This Role Matters

Every relationship you build helps:
· Share the message of Jesus Christ with people around the world
· Strengthen believers in their faith and daily walk with Christ
· Expand the reach of biblical teaching and discipleship resources
· Support communities with life-changing spiritual guidance
· Advance a mission that brings hope, truth, and transformation

Your work will directly contribute to lives being impacted through faith and the power of God’s Word.
