Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
Location: Austin, Texas (Partial Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and QA teams in an Agile environment to deliver scalable and high-quality CRM solutions. This role requires technical expertise in Dynamics 365, custom development, integrations, reporting, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and QA teams to design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders and Scrum teams.
  • Analyze technical requirements and communicate technical considerations, solution options, risks, and dependencies.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using SOAP and RESTful web services.
  • Create and support custom workflows, business processes, CRM actions, plugins, and workflow activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across production and non-production environments.
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions utilizing Power BI.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 v9 (On-Premises and/or Online), preferably within the Customer Service/Service Module.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 .NET SDK.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, XML, and Visual Studio.
  • Experience creating and consuming SOAP and RESTful web services.
  • Experience with Universal Resource Scheduling (URS) within Dynamics 365 Online Service Module.
  • Experience developing complex CRM workflows, business rules, and custom actions.
  • Experience creating custom C# .NET plugins and workflow activities.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL development.
  • Experience with Power BI, including Paginated Reports, DAX, and Power Query (M Query).
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Power Platform components including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Experience with Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
  • Knowledge of source control and DevOps practices.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
