Experience
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for both technical and functional aspects of the CRM implementation and support. This role involves working closely with business users and other IT teams.
 
Responsibilities from development and support perspective
  • Gather and analyze new and changing business requirements for the Dynamics 365 CRM system.
  • Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet changing business needs.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM as needed.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Perform system testing and quality assurance for any changes and updates.
  • Stay up to date with the latest updates and features in Dynamics 365.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, customization, and configuration.
